Girly Night Out is a fun, fancy dress website created by sisters Sally and Lynzie Wood. The idea behind the site was to give girls fun accessories and costumes for any night out - and who would know better than girls themselves?!
“We wanted to create a website that specialised in fancy dress costumes and accessories purely for girls - this way our customers can get straight to what they are looking for!
We also wanted to show real girls in our outfits so that our customers can relate to us. As young ladies ourselves, we know that girls want the latest products that are fun, fashionable, high quality and of course, amazingly girly!”
The girlynightout team have personally handpicked each and every item for the site - they have modelled the costumes, celebrated with the Partyware and gone raving in the Neon tutus!
Girly Night Out’s full team consists of just us girls! So whenever you get in touch, you know you’re always going to speak to fabulously friendly, female staff. We can help with any size queries, major tutu decisions and even whether your friend should wear a willy whistle on her hen party! (Yes. Always Yes.)

The business brains behind the operation, Lynzie is like the Yoda of the fancy dress world... With an answer for everything and a strategy for everything else, this is one blonde who definitely isn’t dumb!
Lynzie has been selling online for a number of years now; after starting off with her own Ebay shop, she soon spotted a demand for Hen Party Products and so girlynightout was born! (and don’t you just love it?!)
When she’s not simultaneously checking emails on her Iphone and doing some major shopping online, Lynzie can often be found down at the gym or wining and dining at some of Manchester’s yummiest restaurants!
If Lynzie wasn’t the girlynighout boss, she says she’d spend her life on Safari – her main aim in life is to retire to a sunny climate and live a life of leisure... (just a few more tutus to sell before that dream comes true!)

Lynzie’s Partner in crime! Sally is the other half of the girlynightout partnership; with over 7 years retail experience in the party industry, Sally really knows her banners and her badges! Aside from this, Sally also spent some time in the promotions industry, where she gained some invaluable marketing experience (and even some interesting fancy dress costumes!)
Straight-Talking Sal has no time to mess around! With an eye for fashion and a love for all things pink, this Queen of Quantities knows exactly what to order and when!
When Sally isn’t calling up suppliers to demand their latest and greatest products, she likes to get on the dancefloor and bust a move like her favourite singer Beyonce! You can often spot Sally on a girlynightout in Manchester, with a crazy cocktail in one hand and her fave Marc Jacobs handbag in the other!

Meet the head of distribution – Miss Olivia Wood! Olivia knows everything there is to know about franking machines, royal mail, post bags and sticky labels.... But don’t let that fool you, there’s nothing dull about this girlynightout girl!
Olivia’s infectious laugh is always booming around GNO HQ (you may have heard her in the background of one of your phone calls with us!!) A true party girl, Olivia often entertains the team with her stories of nights out and outfit dilemmas!
Olivia splits her time between the Girlynightout office and the North West’s famous ‘Red Hall’ where she often sings the night away for unsuspecting diners! Keep an eye out for Olivia coming to a Radio Station, TV show or Charity event near you.... with a voice as fabulous as hers, this party girl won’t be posting and packaging for long!
Holly

The voice of GNO! Holly will be describing our lovely products to you in as much detail as humanly possible. When she’s not updating our blog with some funny little anecdote from the office, or passing on sound fashion advice from the team, she will most likely be spreading the GNO word through Facebook and Twitter.
Holly has a background in SEO and online marketing. She studied Digital Marketing as part of her International Business degree and went straight into working for an online marketing agency in Manchester, after she graduated from University.
Holly loves a good girlynightout and if she’s not catching up with her Uni pals, you’ll probably find her watching her favourite bands and artists in and around Manchester. (We often have to tell her to stop humming Mumford and Sons in the office – it’s very distracting!)
Lucy
Lucy has been doing little bits of design work for girlynightout since day one! We are proud to reveal that this fabulous artiste actually created the lovely girlynightout ‘Angel’ logo and Delivery Van image that appear on your screens today!
Lucy actually works full time for a gift company in Oldham (she just loves us so much that she freelances when she can!). Lucy spends her time drinking tea and designing beautiful gifts such as frames, money boxes and much more. Some of Lucy’s creations have actually appeared (and been sold!) on our website.
When she’s not splashing paint around or setting up ‘mood boards’, Lucy likes nothing more than to head out to the quirky bars of Chorlton or nurse her hangover with an episode of Strictly Come Dancing – it gets a 10 out of 10 from her!
Eliza
The newest and youngest member of the team is little Eliza Wood! This Teen Queen got involved in girlynightout this year, as the team wanted a fresh, young eye to help pick the Teen Halloween range!
When Eliza isn’t picking out super cool outfits for GNO, she loves to play netball and meet up with her friends. As a mini fashion-fanatic, Eliza loves to trawl the shops and pick up quirky little outfits for house parties (this little party girl isn’t legal just yet!). Her day to day style includes denim shorts, hoodies and her good old, reliable converse trainers.
After an action-packed weekend, Eliza prefers nothing more than to log on to grooveshark.com and get the latest tunes whilst chatting away to friends on Facebook.....
