Our Personalised Sashes and Personalised Tshirts are a huge hit with our Girly Night Out girls!If you´re looking for a little extra something to go with your Hen Party Fancy dress or Girly Night Out then look no further... With our personalised tshirts and sashes you can get a custom made item that is made especially for your Bride to Be / Birthday Girl / BFF / Little sister´s friend´s mum....?! Whoever!
All of our printed items are made by is here at Girly Night Out HQ and we´re going to show you how it all works......
1. The chosen text EG. nickname, event name, date etc is uploaded onto our computer
2. The text is sent to the super clever ´Cutting Machine´ which etches out your chosen text into our coloured rolls!
3. The chosen text is cut away from the roll
4. The Cutting Machine cleverly stencils out the words into the print roll so any excess roll now needs to be pulled away!
Careful now - don´t remove any letters!!
Can you tell what it is yet?!4. When the text is sent from the computer to the Cutting Machine, a mirror image of the writing is actually sent!
This is so that when the text is actually put onto the tshirt, it will be flipped and will be the right way around.
5. When all the letters have been picked out, the stencil is ready to go on the tshirt....
6. The Personalised Tshirt is placed on our heat press ready to have the writing fixed onto it...
CAREFUL! The heat press can get super-dooper hot! To make sure that the text stays on your tshirts we press them at temperatures of 150°!!
So first we protect all personalised sashes and personalised tshirts with a lovely layer of tissue paper!
7. The heat press is placed over the tshirt and pushed down until the machine beeps.
Here We Go!
So far so good!
The Personalised Tshirt is ready! (Please take a moment to admire our beautiful new and super-organised Printing Room! Wow.)
8. The plastic layer that the text was cut out of, is carefully peeled away to reveal the finished personalised tshirt...
Ta DAAAAAA!!

9. The Personalised Tshirt (or Personalised Sash!) is carefully wrapped in beautiful tissue paper and sent on it´s way...
