All UK orders over £40.00 are FREE DELIVERY!
**Orders UNDER £40.00 will be charged £3.95 for Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. This takes 1-3 working days to be delivered from date of shipping and does not require a signature on arrival.
**Orders OVER £40.00 will be sent by FREE Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and WILL require a signature. This takes 1-3 working days to be delivered from date of shipping.
**Special Next Day Delivery Orders will be charged £5.95 for Special Next Day Delivery and sent via a courier service. This is guaranteed for the NEXT working Day and WILL require a signature. Special Next Day Delivery Orders placed after 3pm will be sent out the next working day. All Special Next Day Delivery orders placed at the weekend will be sent out the next appropriate working day.
***Please note special next day orders delivered to Northern Ireland and postcodes: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3 take up to 2 working days for delivery.***
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for Standard Delivery/Recorded Delivery orders. If you require your order to arrive on a particular date we suggest you use our Next Working Day service.
Once your order is displayed as 'Fulfilled' please remember to allow 3 working days for your order to arrive. Again, at busier times of the year, such as Christmas, postal services can slow down, so we ask you to wait 5 working days after your order is 'Fulfilled' before contacting us.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours - if this is not possible, we will inform the customer via email or telephone.Please allow 72 hours before printed tshirts and vest tops are dispatched.
We aim to hold all listed items in stock. In the event your item is not in stock, we will email you with an approximate back order date, offer you an alternative or give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
T Shirt / Vest Top/ Sashes Printing
As we state on our web site and throughout the checkout process, PRINTED orders may not be changed or cancelled once submitted. Please allow 72 hours before dispatch, we apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast, in order to continue to provide you with the best value in the printing industry.
Custom Printed items must be paid for in advance, and are non returnable. Returns are only accepted where the fault is ours.
Because all of our t shirts are produced on special customer request, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal (replacement). The law exempts products produced on "special request" from the right of withdrawal. This means, if you do not like one of our products or if it does not fit, you cannot return it. We appreciate your understanding, as all of our shirts are manufactured on special requests.
