Which Postage Option Should You Choose?

Orders OVER £80.00 will automatically be upgraded to FREE Next Day Delivery at the checkout.


Orders UNDER £80.00 can be sent by Standard Delivery or on a Next Day Service - Your Choice!



Standard Delivery
- £3.95

Royal Mail - 1st Class Delivery
This takes approximately 1-3 working days to be delivered from date of shipping and does not require a signature on arrival.
Any large parcels may require collection from your local sorting office.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for Standard Delivery orders. If you require your order to arrive on a particular date we recommend that you use our Next Day service.


Once your order is displayed as 'Dispatched' please remember to allow 3 working days for your order to arrive. At busier times of the year (eg. Christmas) postal services can slow down, we ask you to wait 5 working days after your order is 'Dispatched' before contacting us.

BFPO Addresses
We will happily ship to all BFPO addresses using the standard delivery option - Royal Mail. Unfortunately we cannot ship to BFPO addresses on a Next Day service.



Next Day Delivery
- £5.95 or FREE over if you have spent £80


Via Courier - Fedex

Orders placed before 3pm on this service are guaranteed for the next working day.
Next Day Delivery Orders placed after 3pm will be sent out the next working day. All Special Next Day Delivery orders placed at the weekend will be sent out the next appropriate working day.

Orders will arrive between 9am - 6pm and will require a signature.
Orders can be sent to a different address from the billing address EG. Work place. There is an option for this at the check out.

Important: Next Day Orders going to Northern Ireland and Scotland can take 2 Working Days to arrive, even on the express Next Day Service.*
Affected Postcodes include: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3 These can take up to 2 working days for delivery..


Leg Avenue Costumes - All Leg Avenue Costumes that are required on a Next Day Delivery Service will need to be ordered before 12pm to arrive the next working day. Any orders placed on a Next Day Service after 12 noon will be sent out the following day.


Last Minute Orders!

For last minute shoppers we offer a Saturday Guaranteed Service Via Royal Mail - £11.95
Your order is guaranteed to be delivered by 12pm (noon) on the Saturday.




Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours - if this is not possible, we will inform the customer via email or telephone.

Most orders placed before 2:00pm, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be sent out the next working day unless they are Personalised Items.

Please allow 5 days before personalised tshirts, vest tops, sashes and masks are dispatched.
 There will then be an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 working days unless this qualifies for the free Next Day Delivery Service.

We aim to hold all listed items in stock. In the event your item is not in stock, we will email you with an approximate dispatch date, offer you an alternative or give you the option to cancel the item if you would rather not wait.

  • We will post to the address given by you when you place your order.
  • An automated email will be sent out to you to inform you that your order has been received and is being processed. Please allow 1 to 3 working days after this email before requesting to track your parcel.
  • If you need your item by a specific date then please let us know when ordering and we will let you know if your order will reach you by then. We will also advise you on the best postage service for your needs.
  • Delivery timescales are based on Royal Mail and Fedex services and are subject to their terms and conditions.
  • Items returned to us undelivered will incur a re-delivery charge payable in advance of re-delivery. The original postage will not be refunded.
  • Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. Please note that our offices close at 3pm on Fridays.
  • All items are delivered by post; unfortunately it is not possible for you to collect your item.
  • Please check your email in the days following your order in case we need to contact you to confirm your address details or make any amendments to your order etc.

Please allow 5 working days from the date of your order before dispatch.
Your order will then be sent out on the 1st Class service unless you have requested and paid for an upgrade to the Next Day Service, or if you have spent over £80.

As we state on our web site and throughout the checkout process, PERSONALISED orders may not be changed or cancelled once submitted.

If Personalised Orders include other items from the website, these will all be sent together in one parcel when the Personalised items are ready to be sent. We hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast.

Custom Printed items must be paid for in advance, and are non-returnable.

International Orders


ALL International Orders may be X-Rayed at Customs and are not permitted to include any liquids. This includes: Face Paints, Aerosols, Nail Varnishes etc
. Unfortunately we cannot send these abroad.
