Returns & Exchanges

-All claims MUST be made within 7 business working days of receipt of order. If items are returned without their original packaging together with the information picture card, significantly late, smelling or damaged we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price in addition to the admin fee above.

-Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately within 7 business working days after your package arrives, as we will be happy to replace it accordingly or refund the price of the item.

For Hygene Reasons the following items are returnable ONLY if they are in their un-openend, original manufacturer's packaging:

• Undergarments
• Socks and stockings
• Dress patterns
• Eye lashes
• Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair.
• Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth.
• Cosmetics
• Latex Masks

If you purchase any of the above listed items it is important you look at the item carefully to make sure it is what you ordered before opening the factory packaging. Once the packaging is opened, we can not accept a return for the item.

-Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.All accessory items MUST not be opened. There is a minimum admin fee of £1.50.

-Sizes are as described therefore it is the customers responsibility to ensure they choose the correct size based on the sizing gulidelines. We do not offer refunds for sizing issues. No refund will be issued for buying the wrong size.

-Refunds will be credited against the card used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid.

-In the case of a cheque payment, a cheque will be issued payable to the original customer.

-If after placing an order with us you decide that you wish to cancel please e-mail us immediately.

-The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods for refund except where the goods are faulty and are being returned for an exchange.

-All postage is non refundable.
